After the buyer has confirmed full ownership and control of the domain, the escrow is then transferring the funds to the seller less the final sales fee of 7% Max plus cost of escrow to seller. The buyer simply pays for the selected domain name(s), while the seller will be responsible for paying for final sale fees which cover charges relating to the escrow service.

If a buyer wishes to use another escrow service, then the buyer would be responsible for the cost of the escrow for that provider plus the seller must agree to use their platform.
